| | First, no data is really missing.  Anyways, this is from the GTool coders... FoxGame If you enable several buttons at the FoxGame extension you may experience problems during upload of data. ( like for example the extra buttons for the FoxGame database features ) Disable any buttons at the galaxyview, statistics, alliance overview and reports at your foxgame settings. To do this, go to foxgame settings and disable all radiobuttons at the "Databases" tab. There is NO problem with the reduced galaxyview if you update the galaxytool only with the toolbar and not manually at the textarea of the galaxytool. Ogame Commander You must not disable the message button at the galaxyview. Otherwise you won't be able to update them using the toolbar. Currently you also have to disable the "view report" button. Neogame We recommend disabeling Neogame all together. In some configuarations it may help to enable reduced galaxyview. Since the new design of Ogame will most likely result in Neogame being redesigned or abandoned, there is no need for us to write a workaround for this old tool. MORE HERE **Side note- if I see someone submitting blank views that account will be disabled. Follow the directions above and you will be fine. As I have posted there, NON of AJC will participate in their war. Please do NOT attack them. Raiding is ok since those do not count in war. | MAJOR GTOOL BUG | |

| | Stealth and Crusader found a MAJOR bug in the latest GTool Plugin 2.1.8 Release. Well, today I went over to their site and many are reporting the same issue. And because I like to troubleshoot stuff I went ahead and began my journey. 1: I can confirm there is a "VISIBLE" bug. You can see like how many moons, planet and player names. Upgrade to 2.1.8 you cant. It will be blank. 2: Disable NEOGAME. And it works. All data appears again. Conclusion- The data is not lost, just not visible. And with Neogame disabled, it works. However, if you have the older Foxgame (not version) it may work. Way back Foxgame and Neogame were 2 different Addons. Now when you DL the new Neogame, they are combines. Resolution: None. Disable Neogame or quit using GTool atm. Because if you leave Gtool Plugin running and upgrade- you screw it up for everyone else. Will keep you posted. Our GTool server is FINE. Resolution Option 2: Install FOXGAME v1.5.1 (WITHOUT NEOGAME) Bug here: [link] UPDATE (11/1): It seems that there is an "unfortunate" interaction between NeoMod and GalaxyTool. The submission of empty galaxies only happen ***IF*** NeoMod/FoxGame has the setting "Reduced GalaxyView" on. Just disable this setting and the GT database will update the systems correctly! You don't have to disable NeoMod completely for this! The problem only occurs when using GTool Plugin 2.1.8 and NeoMod with the reduced galaxy view settting together. I realize this is just a temporary workaround as the GTool Plugin 2.1.7 didn't have that problem. Crusader has validated this with a test. | |
